Kirk Fox is an American comedian, screenwriter, and actor. Born in San Diego, California, Fox has made a name for himself with his stand-up comedy. He has appeared in numerous television shows, including his notable role as Sewage Joe on the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation. Fox also hosted the reality series The Test and has had roles in films like Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008) and The Patriot (2000).
