Lance S. Owens, M.D. received his medical degree from Columbia University and completed post-doctoral training at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He has been in clinical practice as a specialist in Emergency and Trauma Medicine for over thirty years and is currently an attending physician on the clinical faculty of the University of Utah. He is also an ordained Gnostic priest and the creator and managing editor of The Gnosis Archive, the primary internet archive of classical Gnostic sources, including the Nag Hammadi texts.
