Laura C. Morel is an investigative reporter. Currently, she covers immigration for Reveal from The Center for Investigative Reporting.Previously, Morel was a reporter at the Tampa Bay Times, where she covered criminal justice issues.Morel received her B.S. in Print and Multimedia Journalism from Emerson College and her A.A. in Mass Communication and Journalism from Miami Dade College, where she was Editor in Chief of "The Falcon Times" student newspaper.
