Laura Vidal is a Venezuelan researcher based in France focusing on Digital/Human Rights, Freedom of Expression and Intercultural Communication. She works as Americas editor for IFEX and Communications Lead at Curious Shapes. She holds a doctor in Education Sciences; her work encompasses a blend of themes, spanning learning, diversity and inclusion, digital literacy, virtual communities, storytelling, and digital rights. She was Outreach Coordinator of the 2020 Internet Health Report, and the producer of its audio experiment, Sounds.
