Lauren Shand is a writer and audio producer. She is a producer and co-host of the podcast "The Boo Crew." Shand began her career as a music fan, which led to her job at KROQ-FM, where she ran the boards and answered the phone. She was assistant producer of the radio show "Loveline with Adam Carolla and Dr. Drew." She then became a producer for Warner Bros. Records. In 2018, she co-created "The Boo Crew" podcast with her husband Trevor. She now works for the Bloody Disgusting Podcast Network.
