Lauren Villagran is a journalist. Currently, she covers the U.S. – Mexico border for the El Paso Times. Previously, Villagran has reported for Searchlight New Mexico, and the Albuquerque Journal. Villagran received her B.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University Medill School of Journalism.
