To mark the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Nazi death camp, we're revisiting archival interviews with Auschwitz survivor and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Elie Wiesel, and Holocaust historian Laurence Rees.
In this talk, Laurence Rees shares insights into some of the issues faced when making his latest series, ‘WW2: Behind Closed Doors Stalin, the Nazis and the West’, which was broadcast on BBC 2 in November 2008. This Coventry Conversation was recorded in Coventry Cathedral as part of the series. This talk is also available to watch on CUTV.
