Professor Leigh Caraher is a Professor of Communicative Arts in the U.S. Army War College Applied Communication and Learning Lab. Professor Caraher previously served as a Humanitarian Assistance Advisor to the Military at USAID's Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance, where she served as the lead advisor to the U.S. Africa Command and its components.
