Len Gilbert is passionate about solving complex business challenges. His 25+ years of experience spans from growth companies to large enterprise organizations where he helped steer everything from automation and research to product development and technology to business transformation and strategy. As EVP, Head of Strategic Consulting at Mod Op (coming from dPrism, which Mod Op acquired in September, 2023), Len leads a team of digital growth and innovation experts who help companies to identify and capitalize on digital growth opportunities so they can quickly bring new products and services to market, build and maintain competitive advantage, future-proof their business against digital disruption, and accelerate growth. It’s a role he loves for the challenges it presents and the rewards he’s able to help his clients achieve. Prior to his time at Mod Op/ dPrism, Len served in a variety of roles where he built his expertise in strategy and digital growth. These include acting as the VP and Head of Business Development & Channel sales at Yodle, VP, Head of Directory Products & Customer Experience at LexisNexis, and VP of eBusiness Development at The McGraw-Hill Companies. He also spent 10 years with Barnes & Noble and BarnesandNoble.com where he worked in roles ranging from business development to strategic partnerships. Len serves as an advisor for EdTech startups (currently BlendEd) and is a member, and past-Chair, of the Board of Trustees for Equality Charter School in the Bronx.
