Dr. Linshan Jiang is a Visiting Assistant Professor of East Asian history and culture at Colby College. Her research focuses on the cultural and intellectual history of late imperial and modern China, with particular interest in gender, literature, and print culture. She has published scholarly work on these topics and actively contributes to academic discussions on East Asian studies. Dr. Jiang earned her Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, where she specialized in Chinese history. At Colby College, she teaches courses on East Asian history, literature, and cultural exchange, fostering a deeper understanding of the region’s historical complexities.
