Lisa Grow is the President and CEO of Idaho Power, a major electric utility serving more than 600,000 customers across Idaho and eastern Oregon. A professional engineer with more than three decades at the company, she joined Idaho Power in 1987 and advanced through leadership roles in engineering, operations, and customer service before becoming CEO in 2020. She has been recognized for guiding the company’s long-term commitment to clean energy, including a pledge to provide 100% clean energy by 2045, and serves on several regional and national boards focused on energy policy and corporate leadership.
