Lucy Ann Scott-Moncrieff is a human rights lawyer who specializes in mental health and human rights law. She is the Managing Director of the law firm Scott-Moncrieff & Associates. Scott-Moncrieff is a former House of Lords Commissioner for Standards. She became a Commander of the British Empire in 2014. Scott-Moncrieff received her B.A. in Law from the University of Kent at Canterbury and her Solicitors' from the Braboef Manor Guildford College of Law.
