After growing up in Frankfort, Kentucky, Luke, attended the University of Mississippi, before earning a JD from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Along with Andrew Klump, he co-created the podcast, Building This Community, which takes a critical look at the way policies shape and impact cities.
