Marianna Vallejo is a video game designer and project management professional working in both high- and execution-level roles within her areas of expertise. Currently, Marianna manages operations at Daily Magic, a video game development and external development studio recently acquired by Playrix to work on the popular mobile game series Scapes™. Marianna’s degree in journalism led her to her first games industry job with up-and-coming indie development team, Realore Studio, where she ultimately unlocked her passion for development and production. At the age of 24, she founded Daily Magic, a studio that would go on to develop award-winning independent titles including Dark Dimensions: Somber Song, Sender Unknown: The Woods, and the virtual reality game Witching Tower. Her visionary perspective earned her the opportunities to oversee the external development, live operations, and management of titles from acclaimed publishers including Big Fish Games, Wargaming, and Ubisoft. Outside of work, Marianna is a devoted mother, tennis player, real estate guru, and an avid watcher/reader/listener of all things thriller-mystery.
