Life can get a little crazy. It doesn't take much to make that happen and when it does all hell breaks loose with it. The thing is there are ways to deal with craziness, madness, and insanity. There are ways to move forward and over the next few podcasts, that's what we're going to talk about. Want to add to the talk. Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'd love to add your opinions to the podcast.
Cheap talk is costly to us mentally, emotionally, and sometimes physically, but it doesn't have to be. We decide what we want to keep in our thoughts not others. They talk cheap and enjoy it, but that doesn't mean we have to listen to it and let it interfere with our work or lives. Sometimes you have to walk away.
It ain't like being in prison. Sorry for the poor use of language, but let's be real. Sheltering-in-place is nothing like being in prison. It doesn't come close. You can't order pizza when in prison. You can't spend time with loved ones. You can't go to your fridge to grab some food, and you can't do anything you can do at home. Now, what do you think? Want to debate this with me? I'm ready. Here's the link from my show today with Peter Shankman: 20 Minutes in Lockdown Check it out now!
