Mark Rauterkus is a longtime swim coach, publisher, and technology strategist focused on helping coaches and athletes perform at a higher level. With more than 50 years in aquatics, he has coached at the grassroots and collegiate levels, developed state record holders, and led camps and programs across multiple states. He serves as Director of Technology for the International Swim Coaches Association and builds digital tools, educational resources, and AI-driven systems that support coaching, communication, and athlete development. Rauterkus is the host of Heavy Or Not, The OG Swim Guide, a podcast exploring coaching, mindset, and innovation in sports. He has also published more than 100 titles and is known for connecting coaching practice with emerging technology and real-world application.
