Matthew R. Callstrom, M.D., Ph.D., is a professor of radiology at Mayo Clinic and physician lead for Mayo Clinic’s Artificial Intelligence program. He is also the medical director of Strategy. A physician-scientist and pioneer in image-guided cancer therapy, Dr. Callstrom focuses on advancing the responsible integration of AI into clinical practice to improve diagnosis, treatment planning and patient outcomes.
