Dubbed an Early Success Story in her first year at the firm, she learned to be masterful storyteller and inspiring keynote speaker, and she has presented to thousands of people over the course of her career.
Simultaneously, she is an impact entrepreneur and a prominent Well-Being Thought Leader who founded Well-Being Drives Success, a multi-faceted platform designed to serve those in our workforce who strive for exceptional wellness and extraordinary success. Shes passionate about changing the pervasive workplace belief that its challenging to be well and do well. Her first book, Reinvent the Wheel: How Top Leaders Leverage Well-Being for Success (NB/ Hachette Book Group) came out in the US in Oct 2019. In addition to her own story of a crushing health experience (two autoimmune diseases and cancer) and her triumphant revival, she shares surprising strategies of 18 other well-known CEOs and Founders who use well-being to show up with immense power. Megan holds a B.A. from Cornell University, an M.A. from Northwestern University, is a Reiki Master, is a single parent, and lives vibrantly in Northern California with her daughters.
