Mei was born and raised in Malaysia and traveled alone across the world to Wisconsin at the age of 19. There, she studied mathematics and graduated summa cum laude, but realized this was not where her heart was. Wanting to pursue her true passion, Mei embarked upon building her first business: selling handcrafted jewelry. This would eventually grow to be one of three multiple million dollar online businesses that Mei started and cultivated from the ground up. As an introverted extrovert, Mei loves making people laugh and enjoys helping others in pursuit of their dreams. Mei oversees an incredible team of 16 amazing individuals who help her manage her businesses. When she is not working, Mei loves food (sushi and chocolate, but not at the same time!), cooking, playing video games (simulation, RPG, and action PC games), and she’s a lifelong learner and huge self-improvement buff.
