Born and raised in Winnipeg Manitoba, Melanie is a charming mix of prairie girl humility with some big city stars in her eyes. You may have caught her act at the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, The SheDot Festival or at The ArtLoft in Montreal. Outside of producing her bi-weekly comedy show, Tin Can Comedy at Escape Goat in Queen West, she's been catching people's attention on Toronto stages big and small with her writing, character work, and fabulously unfabulous stage persona.
