Judi Moreo has presented keynote speeches, workshops, and seminars in twenty-seven countries on four continents. Moreo was a senior executive in a major media group in South Africa during the end of the apartheid era.  Prior to taking the position in South Africa, she was a highly successful entrepreneur.  The Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce honored her as a “Woman of Achievement – Entrepreneur” and upon her return to the United States, Moreo founded Turning Point International, a training and development company. What motivated her to start a business in the first place? Judi is an entrepreneur at heart. She has the need to set her own hours and do her own thing. Did she start the business on the side or dive in full-time? Full-time What were the first steps that she took? In the corporate training business, Judi had a business partner who cold called companies to offer their services. Judi also took every speaking opportunity to publicize her business. You're More Than Enough by Judi Moreo Books by John Maxwell Books by Og Mandino What advice would she give to someone who is starting their journey into entrepreneurship? Look at people who are successful and ask them what made them successful and what did they do to get there. Kathleen initial business had her travelling speaking and conducting workshops. What type of people does she surround herself with? Initially Kathleen didn't ask for help, thinking she needed to know it all. Now she has her own mentors and learn from the best of the best. One personal habit that contributed to her success? The One Thing by Gary Keller What advice would she give to someone who is starting their journey into entrepreneurship? Find people who travelled the road you want to travel and find out what they did. Get mentors, but do your due diligence and check them out. Be willing to invest in your future. Invest financially, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Invest in the life that you want because to have the kind of life you want takes work and effort. It doesn't happen overnight. Michael B. Ross is a “visioneer” from Ohio who has a heart to see others live their dreams and reach their maximum potential.
