Michael Jarmer is a freelance writer, writing coach, poet, and musician. He hosts the podcast "The Book I Read." Jarmer is a retired high school English teacher. Jarmer is the lyricist, singer, and percussionist in the piano-pop band Here Comes Everybody. His first novel, "Monster Talk," was self-published in 2012.
