Nancy Amanda Redd is an author, television host, and journalist. She hosted the show HuffPost Live. Currently, she is the Health and Grooming Senior Staff Writer at NYT Wirecutter, and she co-hosts the web series "Mompreneurs."

Redd's books include "Body Drama: Real Girls, Real Bodies, Real Issues, Real Answers," published in 2007, "Diet Drama: Feed Your Body! Move Your Body! Love Your Body," published in 2010, and "Pregnancy, OMG!: The First Ever Photographic Guide for Modern Mamas-to-Be," published in 2018. More recently, she has published two children's books, "Bedtime Bonnet," published in 2020, and "The Real Santa," published in 2021.
In 2002, while attending Harvard University, Redd won $250,000 on the game show "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire." The same year, she was one of Glamour's Top Ten College Women. In 2003, she won the Miss Virginia competition and competed in the Miss America competition.
