Nestor "the boss" Gomez is a writer and storyteller.Gomez was born in Guatemala and moved to Chicago, undocumented, in the 1980's. He has won the Chicago Moth Grand Slam storyteller contest three times.Gomez is the creator, producer, curator and host of ​"80 Minutes Around the World," a storytelling show that features the stories of immigrants, and the podcast spin-off, "Immigrant Stories." His first book, "Your Driver Has Arrived: Ridesharing Stories by Nestor 'The Boss' Gomez" was published in 2020.
