In many ways, Season 1 was an introduction to women and our relationships with each other. We explored whether we thrive by building a community around us, starting with a best friend whom we can trust, respect and build our life and business with.Season 2, on the other hand, while it's a continuation of that story we're also focusing on the larger spheres that women move and navigate in. We want to believe that our gender has nothing to do with our success and failures, but we need to acknowledge that the world and the systems treat us differently. To be honest, I am still grappling with this reality because I always felt and believed that the world is a meritocracy. One of the ways we can start effecting change is by acknowledging our experiences. We talk and we share our stories. Because there is power in knowing we are not alone, and there is power in our coming together. Ways of coming togetherBFFs is my bi-weekly email for Asia’s female founders. I put together resources on growing a business, cultivating friendships, and sharing funding opportunities.💌 Join the community and newsletter! Support Chief Best FriendsOne of the best ways is to leave a review.
