Nin Harris (real name Dr. Anita Harris Satkunananthan) is an author and poet who writes Gothic fiction, cyberpunk, nerdcore post-apocalyptic fiction, and planetary romance. Harris's fiction has appeared in Clarkesworld, Uncanny Magazine, Strange Horizons, and Lightspeed. Dr. Satkunananthan is a senior lecturer at the National University of Malaysia. Her research focuses on phenomenology in literature, including postcolonial gothic literature, hauntology, geocriticism, and memory studies. She has recently been working on Anthropocene literary criticism and ecoGothic literature. Satkunananthan received her Ph.D. in Postcolonial Literature from the University of Queensland at St Lucia, Australia.
