Oskar Karash was born in Baku, Azerbaijan, a former republic of the U.S.S.R. He immigrated to the U.S. in 1990 after being a "refusenik" for 10 years. He lives in Houston, Texas, with his wife Rena. He is a Ph.D. in Engineering and worked as an executive for several International Corporations in Baku, Houston, Moscow and Seoul, and traveled all over the world. Needless to say that Oskar is a die-hard Beatles fan and collector.
