Dr. Outi Luova is a University Lecturer at the Centre for East Asian Studies at the University of Turku. Her research focuses on contemporary East Asian societies, with particular interests in migration, urban governance, and environmental policy. She has contributed to scholarship on China and broader regional developments, examining social and political transformations in the region. In addition to her teaching and research, she is actively involved in academic collaborations and interdisciplinary projects related to East Asian studies.
