Owen-James joined Add People in February 2025 as Executive Producer of the Eardley Bird Business Podcast. Odge manages everything from podcast production, to the editing and publishing the episodes to the flock of Eardley Bird Followers. Working hand in hand with Director, David Gavin, Odge is dedicated to creating a powerhouse of a podcast in the Law and Accountancy space.
