Patricia is a mom with ADHD helping other moms with ADHD. After 20 years of her own ADHD diagnosis, she strives to be a lighthouse for other ADHD mothers, supporting them in their journeys for successful motherhood. She hails from Ohio, however has been in Texas long enough to consider "y'all" a daily necessity.
I can not explain what ADHD is without discussing Executive Function, because executive functioning is the CEO of our brain. You use it to run your life: your productivity, efficiency, family, work, friendship, including every single decision you make, from career choices to when to brush your teeth.
