Phil Whelans is an actor and writer, he played the role of Justin in the KateModern web series, directed an Award winning show The Naked Racist starring Phil Nichol, written for a number of television shows including Spitting Image, The Joan Rivers Position(Five), Armstrong and Miller and The Big Breakfast, currently he hosts the STOP! Hammer Time - The West Ham Podcast.
