Dr. Rebecca Giggs is a science writer whose work focuses on people and animals in a time of ecological crisis and technological change.Giggs has written for The Atlantic. Her first book, "Fathoms: The World in the Whale," was published in 2020.Giggs received her L.L.B., B.A., and Ph.D. in Ecological Literary Studies from the University of Western Australia.
