Brother Leroy as he is fondly called by men and women in prison and by members of the Body of Christ who know him best. Rev. Johnson answered God’s call to the ministry over 40 years ago. He is an ordained minister as with The Missionary Church International. He is the founder and presently heads Carriers of The Covenant Ministries, which he and his wife Carol started in November 2000. He ministers the Word of God currently in Missouri Prisons. He has ministered the gospel in jails and prisons in Missouri and Illinois.
