Richard D. Bugg is an actor, theatrical producer, and director. Currently, he is a Professor of Theatre Arts at Southern Utah University.
Bugg is also a founder and the Executive Producer of the SimonFest Theatre Company.
Bugg received his B.A. from Brigham Young University and his M.F.A. from the National Theatre Conservatory.
