A 30-year veteran of the British Army serving with the Royal Tank Regiment on predominately Main Battle Tanks. Deployed on numerous Operational Tours including the Gulf War and has worked with many of the worlds Armed Forces.He also spent two years as a Gunnery Instructor teaching new Tank Commanders and overseas students whilst running live firing ranges in the UK and Germany. Being passionate about military history, he later taught Armoured Tactics and worked closely with the General Staffs Briefing Team, headed at that time by General Sir Mike Jackson.Richard joined Wargaming.net in 2012.
