Richard Douglass has served as Trumark Homes’ Southern California Division President since 2015. With a multi-faceted real estate career spanning more than 30 years, Mr. Douglass oversees all operations of Trumark Homes’ Southern California Division including organizational creation, real estate acquisition, development, home building and master planning. Mr. Douglass builds on an extensive background in development and planning that includes managing the construction of more than 10,000 homes – from entry level to multi-million dollar products and high-rise developments – with revenues well in excess of $3 billion. Mr. Douglass is an integral member of the Building Industry Association of Southern California, where he held a position on the Governance Committee and also served as the President for the Orange County Chapter in 2004. For his commitment to the community beyond the building industry, he received the “Spirit of Life” Award from The City of Hope and the “Good Scout” Award from the Boy Scouts of America.
