Ruben came on board with Bakerson because he loved the impact the team was having on communities across Arizona. He saw the crime and drug filled apartments being restored to places where people could raise families. He wanted to be a part of having that type of impact. He has a modest track record of raising money for small multifamily deals on YouTube and admins several social media platforms including Facebook Real Estate Investors and The Phoenix Real Estate Investors on Youtube, Facebook and LinkedIn. Recently he launched The Capital Raiser Show Podcast to connect and learn from several successful syndicators and share those conversations with his listeners. Ruben loves to travel with his wife and has bachelor’s degrees from ASU in Chemistry and Spanish.
