Ryan Daffron founded Leadership Spot Check to empower leaders to lead holistically with focus, clarity, and purpose. He has been devoted to leadership development, spiritual counseling, and life coaching for over 25 years in Eastern Africa, Latin America, and the USA. Ryan grew up overseas and has spent most of his career in cross-cultural settings and the local church. He is proficient in cross-cultural leadership dynamics, public speaking coaching, and worldview development. In 2020, he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy and serves as a chaplain for the sea services.
