Sally Adee is an independent science and technology journalist. Her work focuses on how human minds and bodies intersect with the machines we create. She is also a contributor at the science writing collective The Last Word on Nothing.
Previously, Adee was a technology features and news editor at New Scientist, and before that, she reported microprocessor news at IEEE Spectrum.
Adee's whose work has appeared in New Scientist, The New York Times, BBC Future, IEEE Spectrum, and the Economist. Her first book, "We Are Electric: Inside the 200-Year Hunt for Our Body’s Bioelectric Code, and What the Future Holds," was published in 2023.
