Sam Young is a researcher and policy officer for an older people's charity and a recent PhD graduate from Cardiff University. His doctoral research focused on the theology of the Young Christian Workers movement in interwar France, examining how religious and social ideas shaped labor activism and community organizing during that period. Young is currently working on transforming his thesis into a series of academic articles, contributing to scholarly discussions on religious movements, social justice, and labor history. Alongside his academic pursuits, he applies his research skills to policy work aimed at improving the well-being and rights of older adults.
