Dr. Sarah Bedell received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, where she graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from New York University School of Medicine in 2013 and completed her residency training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center/Parkland Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident. Since graduating residency, she has been undergoing additional training with the top Vulvar Disorder and Sexual Dysfunction experts in the country. With this training, she is able to specialize in these issues as well.
During her residency, Dr. Bedell received the Department Chairman’s Award, as well as the prestigious Peggy Whalley Medicus Award given annually to the most outstanding senior resident. As a Miami native, she is excited to return to South Florida to join her sisters and mother in practice.
