Sarah Stelmach Brown is a mom of two boys on the autism spectrum, a nurse’s aid, medication aid, and also a podcast host. She is happily married to her husband and Co-host Jeremy Brown. Sarah started the podcast Caregiver Chronicles in the summer of 2020 after experiencing caregiver burnout from caring for her special needs children and working in healthcare during the Coronavirus pandemic of 2020. Sarah has used her podcasting platforms to raise awareness and advocacy for Autism, Alzheimer’s and caregiving, and caregiver burn out. After Caregiver Chronicles was launched Sarah and Jeremy both realized they have a real passion for sharing their story and then started several other podcasts, including I Watched It With My Wife, Listened With My Wife, and their sons podcasts Racing With Remy. Sarah was raised in a small town in north western RI. She moved to north eastern CT when she was in her late 20’s with her family. Sarah continues to work in healthcare while also hosting podcasts. Besides podcasting, some of Sarah’s favorite hobbies are camping, playing card games, and spending time with friends.
