Saule Tarikhovna Omarova is an attorney, academic, and public policy advisor who specializes in financial regulation. Currently, she is a Law Professor at the Cornell Law School. Her work focuses on financial regulation and corporate governance. Previously, Omarova previously was an advisor within the Department of the Treasury. In 2021, she was the nominee for the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Comptroller of the Currency.
