Shanice is a licensed Realtor in Central Pennsylvania and a licensed Broker in North Carolina with EXP Realty. She is a mommy to a beautiful six-year-old girl and is building an empire at the same time. Shanice found her passion in real estate and though her journey hasn’t been long, she hit the ground running from the beginning. Shanice was able to replace her previous full-time income in one year and is set to triple that this coming year. If she can do it so can you!
