Shea Belsky is an autistic self-advocate and changemaker. He is the former Chief Technology Officer of Mentra, a hiring platform for neurodivergent jobseekers to seek gainful employment from neuroinclusive organizations. Shea brings several unique perspectives to supporting neurodivergent people: that of being a manager, mentor, and individual contributor. He has been featured in Forbes, TechCrunch, the New York Post, and Microsoft for his advocacy work and influence on creating equity for the neurodiverse.
