Skot Welch is a diversity management expert. Currently, he is the founderand President of Global Bridgebuilders, a consulting firm that specializes in cultural competency and inclusion initiatives. Previously, Welch was Vice President of Business Development and Benchmarking Services for DiversityInc magazine. Welch received his B.A. from Albion College and His M.M. in Management and International Marketing from Aquinas College.
