Steve was a shy 'hermit'. Voraciously bullied at school and no social life after leaving school.
He spent his 20's and 30's studying everything he could find on improving his confidence and self-esteem.
He qualified as a Hypnotherapist, Psychotherpist and CBT practitioner. Trained in NLP and Child Psychology, read around 500(ish) personal development books AND, obviously spent a truck load of cash!
After all that training, everything he learned came down to one thing... taking action on small things every day. That's what the Podcast is all about - small simple steps you can take everyday, that will improve your confidence and self-esteem.
