Suzanne Bouffard is a writer, developmental psychologist, and author.
Bouffard's work has appeared in The New York Times, The Atlantic, The Daily Beast, U.S. News and World Report, Parents, and The Harvard Education Letter.
Bouffard's first book, "Ready, Willing, and Able" (co-authored with Mandy Savitz-Romer), was published in 2012. It addressed challenges and strategies for first generation college-bound youth. Her most recent book, "The Most Important Year: Pre-Kindergarten and the Future of Our Children," was published in 2017.
She was a writer and researcher at the Harvard Graduate School of Education for ten years.
Bouffard received her B.A. from Wesleyan University and her Ph.D. in developmental psychology from Duke University.
