Tabitha Farrar recovered fully from 12 years of anorexia without professional treatment or support. Since recovering she has been an active advocate for de-stigmatizing eating disorders and developing better recovery resources for adults. She has authored 4 book on eating disorders and was the host of the podcast Eating Disorder Recovery.
