Tara Chklovski is an engineer, educator, and nonprofit executive serving as the founder and chief executive officer of Technovation, a global technology education organization. Through Technovation, she leads programs that teach girls and young people coding, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship, culminating in international competitions where participants develop technology solutions to address community challenges. Chklovski previously worked in aerospace engineering and education initiatives focused on expanding access to science and technology fields. Under her leadership, Technovation has reached students in more than 100 countries through mentorship networks, curriculum programs, and global technology challenges.
